We want you to love your Palm & Star pieces. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Worn or damaged items
- Items without original tags
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
